Abstract: This work shows a study on the micro milling of Ti-6Al-4V Titanium alloy where the effect of tool wear on the surface finish of the machined part was analyzed. New and worn micro cutters were applied to produce grooves with 0.5 mm of width and 0.025 mm of heights. The surface roughness was measured in the Ra and Rz values and the results showed that the surface roughness was not influenced by the tool’s condition. However, when new tools were used the increase of cutting speed generated an improving of the surface roughness and the same effect occurred with the decrease of feed rate.

Abstract: This article describes the welding joint property of ferrite heat-resistant alloy steel T92 by taking tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding measures before post weld heat treatment on 760°C with holding time of 0,2,4 hours. Test data were analyzed in relation to microstructure,tensile and impact properties and hardness distribution on the welding joint,then the effect of holding time under post weld heat treatment on properties of joints can be investigated.The results demonstrated that micro-hardness in the weld and tensile strength decreased with tempering time prolonging, while impact toughness increased with the extension of tempering time. The untempered martensite in form of needle was coarse in the joint. With the extension of holding time under tempering, the martensite structure obtains fine grain and the lath characteristic becomes obvious. It can be found that the segregation of carbides in base metal occurred and the content of ferrite increased with the extension of holding time under tempering.

Abstract: Steel slag, a kind ofindustrial residues, is generated in the process of steel-making. Paper sludgeis the final material which origins from the treatment of liquid waste. Allthese resulted in a serious pollution of environment, how to achieve thecoordinate development among enterprise, environment and society become apressing matter of the moment. Based on this, Circular economy becomenecessary. Based on circular economy, the two kinds of industrial wastes weremixed to manufacture useful materials through carbonation in this research. Therequired raw materials were mixed by mortar mixer at the specified mixingratio. Then the mixture was transferred to a stainless steel mould formanufacturing of rectangular composite specimens. Only in this way, It is toshift from the paper maunfacturing and ironmaking and steelmaking industrywhich is over-consumption of energy and natural resources and very seriousenvironmental pollution to the industry which is less pollution and thedevelopment of multi-part cycle.

Abstract: FRPhas been widely used in the strengtheningof RC structures because of its low density, high strength and anti-corrosion. Long term performance ofFRP/concrete interface is one of the keys for its successful engineering application, and however it has notbeen well studied. In this article a fractional derivative rheological model was proposed which is able to characterize the complicated creepdeformation of epoxy FRP/concreteinterface layer with simple expression. Numerical study revealed thatinterfacial creep might lead to notable stress redistribution and largeinterfacial deformation has possibility to cause weakening of FRPstrengthening.

Abstract: In order to verify the feasibility of a new overallseismic reinforcement method of the framework. Firstly,carried low cyclic loading tests on reinforcedconcrete framework, then reinforced the framework with a new method, and repeatthe low cyclic loading tests , finally, compared and analyzed the data from twotests. Compared with the original framework, the shape of the hysteresis curveis more full and the skeleton curve of the parallel period is longer andthe ductility factor increased by 35% and the bearing capacity increased by 40%.The results show that reinforcement framework has better energy dissipationcapacity, ductility and transgender capacity.

Abstract: Using vacuum magnetron sputtering, preparation of diamond-like carbon film by middle transition layer of Ti, TiN and TiAlN, Ti/TiN/TiAlN in preparing multilayer structure of DLC carbon film on stainless steel substrates, research among different coating material of DLC carbon membrane structure, appearance, hardness, the influence of the interface bonding strength and wear resistance, the film contains some carbon chain structure sp3 hybridized carbon content in the highest and the excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of the material of the middle layer. Experimental studies find that Ti/TiN/TiAlN as transition layer DLC carbon film performance is good, obvious anti stripping adhesion properties, can reduce the diamond-like coating system caused by thermal expansion mismatch stress, using Ti/TiN/TiAlN transition layer of the interface bonding strength of the most outstanding in the middle.

Abstract: The results of methanol oxidation to formaldehyde at the presence of iron-molybdenum catalyst fixed on silicate matrix are introduced for the first time. The elaborated catalyst is stable through time and does not depend on the methanol content at input in the learnt interval of temperatures (270-400oC). СН2О output fluctuates from 94.8 to 98.2% at selectivity on formaldehyde from 97.3 to 100%.

Abstract: The principle and experimental setup of photoelectric property measurement withTime of Flight (TOF) method are described. Si sample is used to affirm thevalidity of the experiment setup. The photoelectric property of MEH-PPVmaterials is measured and the mobility is accounted base on TOF method. Moreover,the attention items of using TOF method are proposed. The results consist well with the theoretical value.
