A Study on Evalution of HR Outsourcing Providers Based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making with Linguistic Preference Information
In this paper, the problem of HR outsourcing providers evaluation is studied. Based on Extended Ordered Weighted Averaging (EOWA) operator, an approach of multi-criteria decision making with linguistic preference information is introduced to the problem. An illustrative numerical example is also provided to illustrate the feasibility and practicality of the proposed approach.
