Abstract:

weapon system is a complex system, there are many fuzzy or uncertain factors that have led the operational effectiveness of the weapon itself is certain ambiguity. The traditional assessment methods can not deal with this problem, that will inevitably lead the assessment results having some certain risk. FAHP is a method which can decompose of the complex ambiguity with a series of fuzzy factors, then determine the relative importance of various factors in levels by pair-wise comparison, finally determine the Sequence of the relative importance of various factors. This paper introduced FAHP into the comparison of operational of several weapons, and be able to reduce the risk of the evaluation results.
