Research on Allocation Efficiency of Agricultural Technology Innovation Resources in China

Abstract:

In this paper agricultural technology innovation resources and their allocation efficiency was defined, according to the characteristics of the stage of agricultural technology innovation process, an evaluation index system of the output and conversion efficiency of agricultural technology innovation is set up. Using a two-stage DEA (data envelopment analysis) model, the allocation efficiency of agricultural technology innovation resources upon the continuous 17 years in China are analyzed and evaluated. Then the reason of the inefficient allocation of agricultural technology innovation resources is found out, and a corresponding improvement suggestion was proposed.
