This paper introduction of the special function of the technology employees under technology-based economy. Firstly, the paper indicated the importance of the dynamic motivation on technology employees for the enterprise core competition advantage. Secondly, the paper reviewed the relevant motivation theories to the technology employees. Thirdly, the paper analyzed the special needs in different career-life-cycle stages.
