Measuring Method for Differential Sensing Gratings Modulated with Matching Grating

Abstract:

In order to increase the sensitivity, a new measuring method is proposed that two sensing fiber gratings change differentially modulated with a matching grating. The simulation of this method indicates that it can raise the sensitivity one time higher than that of a sensing fiber grating, as well as restrict the effect of temperature.
