Improvements on the Sieve Plate Structure of Movable Sieve Jig

Article Preview

Abstract:

Movable sieve jig has the characteristics of simple structure, low water consumption, large capacity, less infrastructure investment, and low production costs, which can replace manual rock picking and be used by many coal preparation plants. Due to the size and the shape of sieve pore, common sieve plate is easy to plug and has a short life with many materials leaking through the sieve, which leads to complex follow-up treatment process. Based on the analysis of coal preparation features, this paper proposes a structure of circular-wave sieve plate and conducts theoretical and experimental studies about that. The results show that the optimized circular-wave sieve plate can significantly improve the performance. Therefore, it is worth to be promoted in the industry.
