Porterage Robot for Crystal Silicon Solar Cell with Photovoltaic Material

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this paper, a newly porterage robot as a manufacturing equipment of crystal silicon solar cell was introduced. Some problems in the modern solar cell manufacturing equipments were analyzed. Some key techniques, such as robot construction, methods for avoiding breakage of silicon wafer, robot control system etc were reported. Compare with the current equipments, this porterage robot has some characteristics, such as simple construction, strong attraction for silicon wafer, stability and adjustable function of robot action rhythm, good function for avoiding breakage of silicon wafer etc. Experimental results show that the robot action rhythm can be adjusted from 2.5s to 5s, the function for avoiding breakage of silicon wafer is very good. The newly porterage robot has very strong value for actual application.
