Study on Supporting Platform and Working Mechanism for Service Innovation of Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract:

At present, the world economy has entered a service economy, represented by post-industrial society, consumers have become the key link in the market, service has become an important factor of the core competitiveness for manufacturing enterprises, and service innovation as an independent innovation has become increasingly important in the manufacturing enterprises development. Service innovation of manufacturing companies needs a wider range of knowledge coming from technology, customer and market, through analysis of influencing factors that may affect manufacturing enterprises’ implementation of customer-oriented service innovative, this paper explored the needs, process and characteristics of service innovation, built a customer-oriented platform of service innovation, and described its working mechanism. Wish to provide useful lessons for promoting change of economic growth pattern, promoting the growth of corporate profits and upgrading our manufacturing.
