Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of VE theory and energy-saving features of the project, the paper proposes an improved VE application model for existing public buildings energy-saving renovation. It introduces the time factor and expands the "function" extension to study the value optimization problem with a broader vision on the basis of the original theory. Considering from the comprehensive benefits of energy saving renovation, it builds a comprehensive evaluation indicator system by using AHP and further establishes an improved VE application model to evaluate the renovation programs to realize value optimization. Finally, empirical analysis is presented to verify the feasibility and scientific.
