Abstract:

A semiconductor Laser Diode (LD) temperature control system based on Ziegler-Nichols tuning PID was introduced. According to the requirement of temperature stability in the LD system, the parameter auto-tuning Ziegler-Nichols algorithm and analog circuit was adopted to carry on the control of temperature.
