The Study on Assessment Index System of ERP Implementation Competence Maturity in China

Abstract:

How to implement ERP successfully has been attached much attention from the academics and practitioners. This paper analyzes the factors that affect implement performance theoretically, and then provide a maturity model of capacity which based on the development of enterprise. The capacity of enterprise carry out ERP system can be divided into five levels: original level, reduplicated level, definition level, manageable level and optimizable level is for ERP application enterprise, ERP software company，ERP consult can thoughtful of mature degree of capacity to put ERP into practice.
