Research on Controlling Mechanism of Temperature Crack of High Performance Concrete on Freezing Shaft Lining in Special Thick Alluvium

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper researches on the hydrating capacity of HPC on freezing shaft lining in special thick alluvium as well as the temperature state and temperature stress of lining. Through building and calculating temperature field model of HPC on freezing shaft lining, it elaborates that temperature stress is the leading cause of lining crack. And we should control such a problem by tackling temperature difference and deformation; According to the principle of “working resistance and relaxation concurrently”, stuffing emulsified asp halt mixture between the inner and outer linings (60mm) as a sliding layer can lessen restriction between them and reduce temperature, thus control the problem of well case cracking of HPC on freezing shaft lining fundamentally. The control effect is obvious after practicing in some mine projects in Huainan mining area. Keywords: high performance concrete on freezing shaft lining, temperature stress, temperature difference and deformation, emulsified asphalt mixture, sliding layer
