Abstract:

Based on the investigation of dilapidated houses in Wenzhou district, this paper descript the house characteristics such as construction sites, shape features, structure style, construction age and present conditions, and analyzed the reasons of houses become dilapidated. Combined with the typhoon and house disaster records, this paper also summarized the features of typhoon disaster and the wind-induced damage mechanism of rural residence.
