Abstract:

By researching the process of Changchun parks’ construction and history development during each stage of modern times, the article expounds the up-and-down modern history of Changchun from another perspective, and also facilitates the planning and construction of Changchun modern parks. It analyzes, evaluates, and summarizes the planning and construction of Changchun modern parks, hoping to provide the necessary reference for the construction of "green livable cities" of Changchun.
