The Studies on Methods for Formulating Energy Consumption Quota of Hospitals in Wuhan

Abstract:

Because of short of energy consumption quota and its formulating methods, the paper analyzes the reasonable evaluation indicator and presents three formulating methods based on conventional statistical methods for hospitals according to the energy audit of hospitals in Wuhan. Then, it discusses the benefit and the drawback of the methods respectively and make a comprehensive comparison from difficulty , acceptability, scientificity and feasibility. Finally, it concludes that the method in accordance with bed ranges is more feasible, then gives the value of corresponding quota.
