Development of Surface Cutting Machine for Raw Building Model

Abstract:

This paper describes the development of cutting machine with multi-axis control for raw building model in detail. The cutting machine is integrated the MACH3 numerical system to control the three axis and while temperature of wire and move rotation are controlled by wireless remote unit. The design of interface circuit, servo motor driver circuit, wireless remote circuit are given in this paper. The state instruction circuit of cutting machine’s is presented. The fact shows that the application of this cutting machine for raw building model has obtained very good effect.
