Abstract:

To solve the problem of the funds supply and demand disorders in the construction project, the financing coordination decision system is established; the coordination development model is Introduced, joint action is researched between each subsystem, control factors of system is found, By calculating, the influencing factors which go against supply and demand balance are found . The conclusion drawn from the study are as follows:(1) Current construction project funds supply and demand relation imbalance seriously (2) Adopt corresponding measures, the state of capital supply and demand imbalances will be better;(3) Capital persistence, profitable and liquidity are the main factors which influence the relationship between capital supply and demand.
