Introduces the construction and operational aspect of 15 plots of existing buildings heat metering demonstration engineering in Xingtai, arranging the average heat consumption of Xingtai city, each plot, each building, every heat user according to the actual operating data. The results of data analysis indicate that the heat allocation technique based on on-off time and area method can characterize the users' demand for the size of the heat correctly, achieve the purpose of a reasonable heat metering. Applying the heat allocation technique based on on-off time and area method in the actual project is feasible, can popularize and apply extensively.
