The Study and Simulation of Pitch Control Servo System in Mega-Watt Class Wind Turbine

This paper firstly analyzed the theory of the MW wind turbine generator pitch control, and then based on the analysis, designed a servo drive system with PMSM motor-driven and double closed loop control consisted of inner speed loop and outer current loop. Finally, use MATLAB establishes the corresponding model to simulation test. Simulation results show that the servo control system has good dynamic, steady state performance and robustness.
