Research on Development Mode of Energy Management Contract in New Energy Field

Abstract:

At present, the development of new energy in China is in an early stage, with incomplete management modes. As a new mechanism of energy saving based on market mechanism, the Energy Management Contract (EMC) is an important basis for establishment of management methods of new energy in China. As is an initiative with respect to energy-saving concepts, the EMC is intended to address the biggest problem of current promotion of new energy in the application and utilization of new energy saving projects for customers, by undertaking all early inputs and most of risks related to project implementation.
