An Empirical Research of Relationship between Regional Information and Human Capital

Abstract:

As the two important factors of promoting regional economic and social development, there is a certain relationship between regional information and the human capital level. This paper, using the year about 2008 section data of 31 provinces and municipalities of China constructing "pseudo time series", adopting granger causality test model makes an empirical analysis of its. The results show that: the informatization level and the human capital development degree all over China has strong regional imbalance; the regional degree human capital development is more diversity; both of the imbalance put up the trend of showing common, namely being blessed with the consistency of development degree; All over China's human capital in the process of the regional informatization development plays an important role.
