Remote Fault Diagnosis System for Water Cutter Based on GPRS

Article Preview

Abstract:

Remote equipment fault diagnosis is the combination of Internet technology, communications technology and machinery fault diagnosis technology. Based on real-time monitoring system and economic requirements, this article proposes remote fault diagnosis technology based on general packet radio (GPRS) network technology[1]. Based on this, and combined with remote fault diagnosis systems for high- pressure water cutter, the author described the composition and the specific implementation of each part. The system can play full advantages of the Internet to promote water cutter timely, correct diagnosis, and improve equipment utilization.
