Abstract:

This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban-rural integration process, and uses the principal component analysis method to evaluate the urban-rural integration process within Shanghai, Shenyang, Harbin, Chengdu and Zhengzhou metropolitan areas, then ranks the level of urban-rural integration according to the comprehensive score. After comparative analyzing, this paper gives the countermeasures to enhance the level of urban-rural integration within Harbin metropolitan area.
