Abstract:

This study developed by double rollers castor capsule their shell machine key components out the design and mechanics analysis. Builds force and deformation of the mathematical model: when castor capsule in force, and rollers deformation enables delta R, two of the gap between rollers and rolling Angle, castor capsule diameter and rubber roller diameter relevant, using mathematical software MATLAB) calculations. As the rollers speed increase, castor capsule stripping net rate present first increases, and fell trend; And present first decline and damage rate rise. With two rollers gap increase, castor capsule stripping net rate and the damage rate decreases, conversely, as the two rollers clearance decreased, castor capsule stripping net rate and the damage rate increase.
