Abstract: To solve the problem that D-S evidence combination method may lose effectiveness when evidences are highly or full conflict, we propose weighted combination method of conflict evidence based on deviation. We think, different evidence source is under different circumstance, so the importance of each evidence is different. It is necessary to give weight to every evidence, then conflict probability can only just be assigned. Deviation is a good standard to measure errors. In the circumstance the difference between probabilities from certain evidence source and their mean is too large, that indicates confidence of the evidence is small. So we can use deviation to structure the weight coefficient of each evidence. Based on the weight coefficients, conflict evidences are combined. This method corresponds to people’s thinking habit, only little calculation is needed, and satisfying consequence can be achieved.

Abstract: The essential difference of cognitive radio from traditional radio lies in its ability to sense, learn and adapt to the environment. Recently, the research for cognitive radio has focused on the configuration problems of multi-objective optimization. However, in actual communication systems, the observable environment parameters are limited. Besides, the relationship between the system’s inputs and outputs is often complicated. Thus, Cognitive radio (CR) needs to understand and adapt to the environment through learning. To solve the problem mentioned above, a self-learning method for Cognitive radio decision engine based on CBR and Simulated Annealing is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed method has the advantages of self-learning, multi-objective adaptation and rapid convergence.

Abstract: The monitoring of mine water storage plays key role in preventing flood hazards and Well accidents. This paper proposes a design of Water Storehouse remote monitoring control system which based on siemens S7-200 PLC and its configuration software WinCC. Profibus-DP fieldbus is uses to realize the data communication between PLC and computer. Then the system hardware design and software design are introduced in detail. Finally, Real-time Monitoring on water level of storehouse was realized through the laboratory simulation, meanwhile, alarm information, real-time trend curve, historical curve and data report, etc were generated. This design has advantages of high degree of automation, easy expanding, reliable, easy installation, etc, which provides guarantee for mine drainage system integration of management, control and monitoring.
