The Layout Optimization of the same Size Operating Unit in the Facility Based on Quantity Maximization

Article Preview

Abstract:

On the analysis of the same size operating unit layout in the facility, this paper devises an ingenious two-dimensional rectangular layout. Then an algorithm for solving the two-dimensional rectangular layout is given. The experiment demonstrates that the layout restriction algorithm can effectively find the optimal or nearly optimal solution and is a preferable approach to solving the layout optimization of the same size operating unit in the facility.
