Experimental Studies on Abiochemistry Anchor Bolt

Abstract:

A kind of abiochemistry anchor bolt was studied by a series of systematic tests. Its anchorage agent is a kind of special cement that cures quickly with the final setting time within 7 min, and compressive strength of the special cement can reach 19.2 MPa within 1h. The glutinous strength between the anchor bolt and the cement reaches 110 kg/cm2, and the glutinous strength between the cement and the rock or coal mass also reaches 47 kg/cm2. Early tensile force of the anchor bolt is high, which amounts to 14 ton after installed 1h. This kind of anchor bolt can be made simply and cheaply, installed conveniently and applied to different engineering problems.
