Parameter Optimization of Cyclone Separating Cleaning System Used on Combine Harvester of Wheat

Abstract:

Four primary parameters including top cone angle, separating barrel’s height, catching impurity fan’s rotate speed, winnower’s rotate speed were selected in this paper with self-fabricating test-bed. The optimal result of all factors was educed through orthogonal experiment, quadratic universal rotary assembly experiment and optimum design, and provide gist for separating cleaning system’s design of micro- combine harvester of wheat.
