Study on Analysis Method of Transmission Gear Impact Property

Article Preview

Abstract:

For all kinds of vehicles their transmission gears are the most vulnerable to shock damage one of the parts, mainly for failure forms of repeated impact load bending fatigue damage. Second speed gear is commonly used to start and drive, using dynamics software ADAMS and finite element software ANSYS to study its working conditions, to simulate sudden operation condition of the clutch. Through this method we can get a good result. In order to prove the accuracy of analysis method, comparing the simulation results and the classic design formula. The system can be obtained rapidly of the test results for the development of advanced auto transmission system provides reliable test data, to find and solve the weak link of design immediately.
