Research on Forecasting Model of High Building Measure Expense in Xi’an

Abstract:

Based on the measure expense data from bill quantity of construction works of 38 high buildings in Xi’an, this paper applied the SPSS to analyze the linear regression between the total amount of measure expense and direct expense of project, the measure expense of civil work, bid price. On this basis, the forecasting model was built.
