Total Quality Management for the Audiovisual Broadcasting Systems

Abstract:

This paper presents the principles and the implementation phases of a Total Quality Management in the TV stations, showing at the same time the advantages of this process and its positive effects upon both the broadcasted programs and the amount of the production costs. The subject was approached by the author in her Ph.D. thesis, “The Management of the Audiovisual Communication Systems in Fuzzy Logic”, being an original and personal contribution in the TV management field.
