Abstract: By building up a debugging method about material parameters of concrete impact damage model based on DOE (Design of Experiments) analysis, this paper studies the influence of material parameters of concrete targets on the results of numerical simulation based on quantitative analysis, when the impact velocity is 300m/s and 850m/s respectively. It concludes that when the impact velocity of 300m/s, 5 parameters have considerable effect on the residual velocity of warhead, they are , , , and . Of all 5 parameters, , and can be obtained by calculation therefore it only needs to debug two parameters and according to experiments. Finally, when the impact velocity is 300m/s or so, debug combining the experiments to get a set of concrete impact damage model material parameters to make the results of simulation and experiment anastomosis well.

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of age on bond behavior between deformed bar and shale ceramic concrete was analyzed by four groups of pull-out tests with different age. And three reinforced concrete pull-out tests used for comparative analysis were prepared at the same time. We obtained a series of experimental data and based on these data a more accurate formula was summed up. This conclusion is important for further study on bonding properties of ceramic concrete and has a high value in guiding the actual construction.

Abstract: Computer-aided technology was used for balloon-stent system design. Nonlinear material was used to simulate the dilation of balloon-stent system. Based on finite element results, an adaptive optimization method based on the kriging surrogate model combining with LHS approach and EI function was employed for the optimization of balloon length to reduce stent dogboning effect during its dilation. The kriging surrogate model can approximate the relationship between dogboning rate and balloon length, replacing the expensive reanalysis of the stent dilation. Sample points from LHS can represent the information of all parts on the design space. EI function is used to balance local and global search, and tends to find the global optimal design. Numerical results demonstrate that this adaptive optimization methed based on kriging surrogate model can be used for the optimization of balloon length of balloon-stent system.

Abstract: PuGuang gas field is an acid gas field because of its high level of H2S and CO2, so it is important to evaluate its reliability of casing to make sure the safe exploiting. Based on the analysis of casing load mechanism, calculation model is researched. According to reliability theory, regard the casing as a series system, and consider the failure types of casing in acid gas field, reliability model of casing parts and whole are proposed. The analysis results show that reliability of whole casing of P101-2H well is 100% in the early days of exploitation, and casing design is right. Because some factors including corrosion, perforating and so on decreased the strength of casing, reliability of whole casing is decreased after 10 and 20 years.

Abstract: The paper constructs one type of bioprosthetic valve leaflets’ parametric model via computer aided design, a series of accurate parameters of the bioproshtetic heart valve, such as radius of the sutural ring, height of the supporting stent and inclination of the supporting stent, are determined. Numerical simulation is used to determine the effect of one shape design on the mechanical performance of the bioprosthetic valve leaflet. The stress with a shape under the same load is analysed and the thickness of the leaflets 0.5mm and 0.6mm is compared by us. We creat a ellipsoidal surface in accordance with geometrical features. The experimental results of the finite element analysis show that stress distribution of the same bioprosthetic heart valve leaflets with different thickness is different. The maximal primary stress with the thickness of 0.5mm is lower than the others. This work is very helpful to manufacture reasonable shaped valvular leaflets and to prolong the lifetime of the bioprosthetic heart valve.
