Energy Use by Optimal Control

Abstract:

Issues relating to Environment & Energy are gaining increasing importance. With the China’s traditional philosophy, government needs to so something towards the Environment & Energy problems and issues. It is necessary to control the use of the Earth’s resources. This paper focuses on the optimal control of resources used by enterprises, whereby governments can establish reward models to encourage enterprises to make more efficient use of energy. This study uses mathematical models to identify optimal solutions, the main purpose being to preserve the Earth’s resources by encouraging enterprises to take optimal advantage of energy. The elimination of waste of available energy is the main contribution of this study, and this approach can enable governments to protect both the environment and energy supplies.
