Abstract:

Xinjiang is rich in energy reserves, but at the same time extremely fragile in ecological environment. In the twelfth five-year plan of Xinjiang, there is a clear plan for energy and the environment. Based on the related content of the law on the environmental impact assessment, this paper argues the establishment of the indicator system of environmental impact assessment of energy plan considered both economy aspect and environment aspect.
