Analysis and Optimization of Expropriation Business Process of Equipment Mobilization

Abstract:

In this paper, expropriation business process of general army-civilian equipment mobilization is firstly described in detail. Then, to resolve resources conflict that often appears in equipment expropriation, we establish a Petri net model of equipment expropriation business and estimate its average service time based on random Petri net. Moreover, we still give some advices on improving expropriation business process and provide an effective way to realize an efficient mode of operation for equipment expropriation business. Finally, we put forward an expropriation case to verify the method to be scientific and operable.
