Topology Optimization and Analysis of Sub-Frame of 2500HP Fracturing Truck

Article Preview

Abstract:

Sub-frame is an important component of 2500HP fracturing truck and the enough rigidity and intensity is necessary for chassis to undergo the large load on the off-road. After analyzing the topology optimization method, the var1ab1e density method is employed to analyze the intensity of the sub-frame. The layout and the location of the cross-member are determinated. Comparing to the old design, the result shows that the carrying capacity of sub-frame is improved 10.1% and the number of cross-member is decreased.
