Abstract: Multi-tenancy technology in SaaS (Software as a Service), the basis of the shared resources on how to meet quality of service requirements of different tenants, is a major problem faced by the resource scheduling. Solve the problem, proposed a resource scheduling method based on the tenants' requirements of QoS: resources classified by types of resources QoS value of the keywords the two indexes to the formation of the three resource pool structure, in order to improve the speed of resource scheduling; division of tenants rating to determine the order of execution of the request, types of resources required, the division of tenants request for the sub-request, according to the sub-requested quality of service levels ,respectively, using different resource scheduling strategy, the isolation of different quality of service requirements of tenants. The experiments show that the method can achieve the tenants' quality of service requirements, and has a higher efficiency.

Abstract: Parlay Gateway has played an important role in application development on heterogeneous networks. For many third part’s applications accessing Telecommunication Network through it, it is likely to become the bottleneck of whole system. In this paper, the author proposed a self-adapted control model which is effective in admission control of Parlay Gateway. This method is made up of five modules, which are admission control module, waiting queue module, token generating module, scheduling module, and the overload detecting module. According to some simulation results, the author found it is useful and easy to be implemented.

Abstract: A large number of sensors have been used in the system to form a monitoring network through ZigBee protocol. The system can obtain the information through these sensors, and according to the information the position in question will be accurately located. The sensors connect to the monitoring network through a wireless module, and upload monitoring information in real time. The gateway is responsible for receiving the wireless sensor nodes to data storage, display and management, to achieve all base test point access to information, management, dynamic display and analysis and processing. This information will be display to the user with charts and text prompt manner in the monitoring software and it provides a variety of sound and light alarm information and message alarm information.

Abstract: Traditional network management takes network equipment as main management objects, while the network services may failed even if the network devices work well. As a matter of fact, users concern more about the operating states of network services. Considering from users’ perception, this paper proposes a service-oriented network performance management model constructed by the Fuzzy Delphi Analytical Hierarchy Process (FDAHP), which focus on mapping service performance parameters into network performance parameters that can help us deeply understand root faults in communication networks. Simulations and experiments are carried out to prove the validity& correctness of our method.

Abstract: Performance testing and evaluation of system of systems has always been a challenge. In this paper, on the base of analyzing and concluding the traditional testing technology of tether net system, a method of tether net system testing based on simulation is posed. Discuss the conception, target, principle of system testing, the basic configuration and supporting technology of tether net system simulation environment are presented, and finally build virtual test bed environment , finish testing.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the wireless local area network existing safety and efficiency problem. It put forward the VPN tunnel technology to solve these problems. Theory explains that it is very the advantages of layer second tunneling protocol in a wireless local area network. This technology is proved to be reliable by Network Simulate 2 tool. It is proved that the technique is the advantage of high efficiency and safety.

Abstract: This paper introduces the background and basic theory of flexible repeater technology, then analyses the basic working process and principle of flexible repeater on Wideband Gapfiller Satellite (WGS), and summarizes the key technologies during implementation. Meantime, for solving the large capacity and multi-beam connection problems in mobile satellite communication system, the flexible repeater provides the necessary basis theoretical and technical support. Finally, by comparing the tradition repeaters with flexible repeater, this paper points out the flexible repeater possesses the virtue of high power efficiency and high flexibility, and could realize flexible switching of the satellite signals and resources.

Abstract: Machine-to-machine (M2M) communications can be widely used in military probing, disasters monitoring, etc., where have rigorous environment and require reliable communications. In order to provide enough reliability, M2M subnet can be deployed with two inter-backup aggregation points. This paper proposed a novel routing algorithm named Fermat Point based Joint Routing (FPJR) for such dual-aggregation-points inter-backup M2M Communications. Taking nodes on Fermat Points as route anchors, FPJR forms joint routes which can decrease energy cost and improve communication efficiency greatly. Further, considering the probability is quite little that there is exactly a node deployed on an appointed Fermat Point, we proposed a new terminology ‘ -Fermat Region’, which denotes the circle area with the Fermat Point as center and as radius. Based on -Fermat Region and through the FPJR interaction protocol, FPJR can act not only separately but also as the aid of other routing algorithms, without any compatibility problem. The simulation results show that FPJR can greatly decrease packet lost ratio, energy cost and packet delay.

Abstract: Public transportation network has been proven that it can be simulated as a complex network. In this paper, a bus transport system of Zhangjiagang city is considered. Network degree distribution, average path length, and clustering coefficient are utilized as criteria to analyze as the complexity of the network. Experimental results show that the network which is in line with power-law distribution has a smaller average path length and a large clustering coefficient. It also indicates that, the networks of Zhangjiagang public bus system are not a small-world network with scale-free property.
