Abstract: The coating resources for colored steel sheet using silicone-modified polyester resin were prepared and developed in order to fit rapid development of colored sheet industry in this paper. The dose of crosslink agent, pigment binder ratio, pigment, the dose of catalyst dispersant, antifoaming agent, surfactants were investigated by testing the performance of adhesion, rigidity (H) and MEK-resistance. Compared with commercially available resin SM3911, the flexibility of the coating has been gradually improved, T bends finally reached 0T, and can made colored steel sheet having an excellent processing performance. In addition, hardness also reached 4H, and wipe-resistant reached 105 per time.

Abstract: Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF), poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC), and poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) were used as the main materials in the preparation of novel blend five-hole membrane. Dimethylacetamide (DMAC) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) were used as solvent and additive, respectively. The effect of some external coagulation conditions on the property of five-hole membrane was studied. The external coagulation conditions investigated in the work were the coagulation temperature and the DMAC content in coagulation bath. The result showed that the flux increased along with the increase of coagulation bath temperature and could reach the max at 35°C, then decreased gradually. The effect of the DMAC content in coagulation bath on flux is very similar to that of the temperature. The cross-sectional structures were examined by scanning electron microscopy.

Abstract: Design and manufacture an aluminum alloy semi-solid die-casting. Simulate the process of rheological semi-solid aluminum alloy die-casting, and verification it by casting experiment. The result is that, the heating system of the semi-solid die-casting mold play an important role in the process of forming, and the size of gate has great impact on the quality of casting.

Abstract: In this article, we use propylene glycol (PPG), Chain expansion agent 1, 4-Butylene Glycol (BG), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and hollow glass microsphere Sol as raw materials to prepare polyurethane/hollow glass microsphere hybrid materials by frontal polymerization. Here we studies how the front position varies with time and how the polymer viscosity influences the reaction rate in the frontal polymerization process, and through the comparisons with autoclave polymerization, draw to a conclusion that we can also get polyurethane/hollow glass microsphere hybrid materials by this new preparation and processing method.

Abstract: Thin metallic nanowires and stripes are highly promising candidates for plasmonic waveguides in photonic and electronic devices. We observed light from one end of a gold stripe, following excitation of plasmons at the other end of the stripe, with almost no light emitted along the direction of the stripe, and compared the propagation capacity of different size of stripes. We measured how the polarization of the incident light affected the emitted light intensity through changing the polarization of the incident light. The stripes were synthesized by lithographic fabrication technology. The results will be important for the development of photonic or electronic devices and systems.

Abstract: Effect of CMCS on the thermal stability of natural rubber(NR) was studied by means of TG-DTG,and the decomposition activation energy(Ea) was calculated through Flynn–Wall–Ozawa (FWO) method in the paper.The results showed that the Ea of NR mixed with CMCS was higher than that of ammonification NR,and the thermal stability of NR improved with increasing the addition level of CMCS.

Abstract: Hydroxyapatite whisker was the reinforcement phase to prepare whisker/calcium phosphate cement composites, which was obtained by homogeneous precipitation method, with 2.5~15 microns in length, 2~30 length/diameter ratio. Mechanical properties and microstructure of composites were tested. With the increase of hydroxyapatite whisker addition, composites strength reduces after the first rise. When hydroxyapatite whisker is added to 4%(wt), the composite achieves the maximum strength. SEM method was used to observe fracture microstructures of composite materials. As a result, dispersion degree of the HA whisker affects the strength of the material. Too much whiskers can form agglomerates, which weaken composite strength.

Abstract: Compared with Portland cementitious material,alkali-activated cementitious material owns many excellent performance,such as high strength, good durability, low heat and so on;however,the absence of admixture for alkali-activated cementitious material makes contribute to embarrass application of this type of material. The paper introduces some approiate chemical admixture for alkali-activated cementitious material, summarizes and dicusses the mechanism of few admixture,also raises the current problem and prospect for alkali-activated cementitious material

Abstract: A neotype of silica microspheres were synthesized with dodecyltrimethoxysilane (WD10) and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) by sol-gel method. The molecular structure was characterized by FTIR. The morphology of the filler was measured by TEM. And the properties of the filler such as thermal property and bulk density were studied by means of thermogravimetric analysis and densimeter. The effect of the schemes was dicussed. This kind of silica sphere exhibits many merits for usage as filler.
