A New Type of Tire Testing Machine and Finite Element Analysis of the Frame

Article Preview

Abstract:

A new type of tire testing machine is put forward. Various road surfaces can be imitated by this machine. The highest speed per hour is 250kM/h. Through finite element analysis the frame of the machine satisfy the design requirements in the aspect of strength and flexibility. Dynamics analysis demonstrate that the frame's natural frequencys are more than 90Hz. In this way covibration can be avoided effectively. The each rank amplitude are less than 10μm, this value is within allowed band.
