The Errors Analysis of Flexure Rotation Joint of a Novel High Parallel Frequency Vibration Platform

Article Preview

Abstract:

The flexure (compliant) joint has gradually replaced the rigid joint which is applied to the high-frequency device because of its structural advantages. As the most common type of error, the processing errors have a great impact on the performance of the flexure joints. It analyzed the width error and the other four processing error in the paper. Based on the detailed analysis of errors various structural parameters, it established a processing error model by using Paros J stiffness calculation formula and Smith S T error analysis method.
