Abstract:

Remote monitoring system of construction machinery equipment is of great significance to successful industrial and agricultural production. Based on the result of intelligent machine fault detection, we have succeeded in collecting remote data of machine tools, conducting the global positioning of machines and real-time recording of the fault information and wireless transmission by making use of the GPRS network technology and the GPS technology. As a result, we can realize a remote real-time monitor of machines which are paid by installments and meet the comprehensive management requirements for machine tools
