Research on Construction Project Quality Benefit Allocation Mechanism

Abstract:

The paper starts from the discrimination of the proposition that the distribution of quality benefit is the key factor that affects the quality of participant in project organization, construct owner-construction side game model, gets the conceptual model and solution of participant’s quality action choice, best allocation scheme of quality and efficiency and advised best allocation scheme of quality and efficiency and points out the importance of quality reputation incentives and the way to achieve it.
