Research on Production Technology of Silt Sintered Porous Brick

Abstract:

The production technology of silt sintered porous brick in Nantong has been introduced from the following three aspects: the first one, the excavating and processing of raw materials, the second one, the preparation and amount of inside fuel; the third one, mix design and the optimization design of hole shape structure. Four mix schemes have been designed. According to the new standard requirement, using staggered arrangement article rectangle holes and rectangular hole, designed a structure which was eight 36mm*13mm rectangle holes, fifteen 21mm*13mm rectangle holes and the hole rate was 28.4%.
