Analysis of the Fracture for Transmission Output Shaft Based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract:

The static and dynamic of a certain type of manual transmission output shaft produced by a professional enterprise are analyzed. The results show that fatigue failure in four-speed condition and resonance in five-speed conditions are reasons of the fracture.
