Abstract:

Through questionnaires and household interviews, the author sorted out assumptions and requirements of the elderly in hardware facilities (e.g. residential monomer, external environment, and supporting facilities, etc.) of a residential community. Based on the single factor analysis on above aspects, multi-factor analysis of different regions, different ages of the senior people were also launched to discuss corresponding planning means of hardware facilities in residential community planning.
