Design of Cylinder Positioning System Based on Proportional Valve

Abstract:

Proportional valve-cylinder buffering positioning system was designed based on PID control method, which has simple structure, strong anti-pollution ability, convenient use and maintenance, and high precision. The system is endowed with high engineering value owing to its ability to achieve buffering positioning of cylinder in optional position of the whole cylinder stroke with positioning precision within ±0.2mm enough to meet the positioning requirement of manipulator.
