Research on the Parametric Design System for the Excavator Working Device

Abstract:

As the important technology of CAD design, parametric design technology is one of the most important research content in computer aided design field. To realize rapid design the excavator working device, this paper puts forward an idea that combine the CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) technology with parametric technology in the process of modeling excavator working equipment. In the process of parameterization, it adopts four key technologies (Modularization Technology, Standardization Technology, Knowledge Reasoning Technology and Database Technology) to divide the module and analysis the dimensions of the excavator working equipment, and then establish the database. Finally the overall implementation process scheme of the excavator working device is given out.
