In order to more fully and objective evaluate the reliability of the communications network, through two disjoint network reliability algorithm analysis, pointed out that the way to resolve the problem and achieve a certain degree of practical. Example to verify the correctness of algorithm, and the calculation process of the algorithm described in detail.
