[4] At the same time, we should intensify the training of the architects who directly take participation in the urban construction, as well as, whose ideas will have an ultimate effect on the urban construction. In other words, only if the architects are trained in advanced ideas, can the green construction technology be applied and spread widely. 4.2 Promulgate the policies to support the related industries The emergence and development of anything all needs a base with abundant nourishment. Likewise, the political support can guarantee the development of the green buildings by stimulate the related industries. Learning from the foreign experiences, the government should formulate a series of stimulus policies which correspond to the local situations to stiffen the initiative of the enterprises and consumers. Moreover, the flexible and effective system to support the green building has been gradually built through the leverage function and guidance of the policy investment, price and tax [5,6]. 4.3 Intensify the communication to build an information platform In the information age, there is a vast space to make technology-exchange. Specially, in the field of the green buildings, we can promptly gain the knowledge of the progress of the green constructions and the related industry information through the internet. Therefore, we should build an information platform based on the internet, gathering up the various construction technologies and building online communities. What's more, we need to invite the famous scholars and experts at home and abroad to make academic exchange to train a new generation of architects who will invigorate the development of urban construction. 5 Conclusion By analyzing the status quo of the green construction technology in Jincheng, we have been aware of its development in small and mid-sized cities like Jincheng is still in the initiative stage and has a long road to walk. In this times when the environmental protection is appealed for urgently, in my opinion, only if the stimulus policies are promulgated and the traditional concept is converted, must the green buildings in small and mid-sized cities flourish, which isn't only the trend and goal of the construction industry, but also has a bright prospect.
